Cookie Policy

NOTTINFRA LIMITED, company number 17052791, uses cookies and similar technologies on nottinfra.co.uk. This policy explains what they are, what we use, and how you can control your preferences.

We also recommend reading our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site recognise your device, remember information about your visit, and — where applicable — help us and our partners understand how our site is used.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for two broad purposes:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function (e.g. remembering security settings, keeping the site available and stable).
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site, to better cater to you.

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected via cookies to third parties.

3. Managing your preferences

Where cookies are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent before they are set. You can:

  • Set your preferences via our cookie banner when you first visit the site, or at any time using Change your consent below
  • Block or delete cookies through your browser settings — see your browser's help pages for instructions
  • Opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on

Blocking essential cookies may mean parts of the website do not work as intended.

5. Where this data goes

  • PostHog data is processed on our systems and retained in line with our internal analytics retention settings.
  • Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred outside the UK/EEA; where this happens, Google provides appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). See Google's Privacy Policy for more detail on how Google itself handles this data.

Where avoidable, neither tool is used to identify you personally — we do not knowingly link analytics data to an individual's name or contact details unless you are logged into our system and have consented to that level of tracking.

6. Your rights

Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. You can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (see Section 3 above). For information on your broader data protection rights, see our Privacy Policy, Section 10.

7. Changes to this policy

We retain the right to update our cookie policy at any time.
